The corresponding surcharge applies for each additional person:

Local tax
For people 14 years of age or older, a local tax in the amount of 2,10 € (starting Jan. 1, 2024 - 2.90 €) will be charged per person per night. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and is payable on site.
Short stays:
Surcharge for stays of fewer than 3 days: We charge a price increase of 5 to 10% (depending on the season) on the overnight rate per person.

Pampered Half-Board*
Just 30 metres away from your accommodations, you will find Garber Hotel Restaurant. As our guest, you have the option to book our Pampered Half-Board. In the morning, a balanced breakfast buffet awaits you with fresh produce from the region. In the evening, our kitchen team creates a 3-course menu for you with local specialties and special delicacies. For lunch and dinner, you also have the option to spend culinary hours at our à-la-carte restaurant or simply order something to take away.

Check-in
On your arrival date, your holiday apartment is available starting from 2:00 pm.
Check-out
On your departure date, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 am
at the latest.
Deposit
After your booking, we ask you to transfer a deposit (booking guarantee) in the amount of €100 to €300 (depending on the duration of your stay and the season) to our account within 7 days. Your reservation is only binding after receipt of the deposit and our written confirmation.

Cancellation policy
- Up to 30 days before your arrival, the deposit will be refunded.

Non-smoking
We ask for your understanding that all our holiday apartments are non-smoking. However, you can smoke on the terrace, on the balconies, and in the garden.

Parking is available in our underground garage. Additional parking can be found outside, right at the accommodations.

Thanks to our ski boot dryer in the underground garage, your ski and cross-country boots are always dry and ready for use. For your skis and bicycles, you can use our storage area provided for this purpose.

The Holidaypass entitles you to free use of all public transportation in South Tyrol: public buses, ski buses, regional trains, and some lift systems (Mühlbach–Meransen, Bozen–Ritten). It also includes a colourful weekly program and discounts for numerous services.
Cable cars included
Our guests are entitled to free and unlimited use of the Speikboden and Klausberg cable cars in May and June.
